LocalWork is intended for users who are at least 18 years of age. By continuing to use the app or website, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Public Information Transparency

To help you connect with local work opportunities, certain profile details are shared with the LocalWork community. The following information will be publicly visible to other registered users:

• Full Name (from your account)
• Profile Picture (if uploaded)
• Phone Number (to allow direct contact for work)
• Work Area / Pincode / Location
• Work Experience and Skills

By creating a profile or posting a job, you agree to make this information available to other users for professional purposes.

3. Reward System & Coins

LocalWork offers a virtual reward currency called "Coins" which can be earned through activities like watching ads or referrals. The following rules apply:

• Conversion Rate: 100 Coins = ₹1.00.
• Daily Limits: Ad rewards are limited per session (Max 5 ads every 4 hours).
• Withdrawal: Minimum withdrawal limit is 100 coins.
• Processing Time: Payments can take between 5 minutes up to 5 working days.
• Fraud Prevention: Any attempt to "farm" coins, use bots, or create fake accounts will lead to an immediate permanent ban and forfeiture of balance.

4. Community Guidelines

You agree to use LocalWork respectfully and for lawful purposes only. Any form of harassment, abusive language, spam, fake news, or fraudulent job postings is strictly prohibited.

5. Responsibility & Safety

While we strive for a safe platform, LocalWork is not responsible for the accuracy of job postings or user information. We encourage all users to verify details independently before meeting or transacting.

6. Account Management

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate our community standards or engage in suspicious activity. Deleted accounts cannot be recovered.
