We collect personal information that you provide to us when creating an account or using LocalWork, including your name, email address, phone number, location (GPS/Pincode), and profile photo.
For reward processing, we may collect your UPI ID if you choose to withdraw coins earned in the app.
We use your information to facilitate connections between job seekers and employers, enable real-time chat messaging, process reward redemptions, and send important service notifications via Google Firebase.
LocalWork uses location data (GPS or Pincode) to show you relevant jobs and workers nearby. Location tracking is only active when the app/website is in use or when you explicitly share a 6-digit Live Partner Tracking code.
We use Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect certain device identifiers (such as Advertising ID) to serve non-personalized or personalized ads. You can manage ad preferences in your device settings.
Your data is securely stored using Google Firebase Cloud Firestore. We implement industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access.
You have the right to permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time:
Upon deletion, your profile, posts, messages, and digital ID card are permanently purged from our servers.
